Started by the Fourneaux family in 1734 in Reims, then bought by Pierre Tattinger in 1932. Still a family run business and has over 618 acres of vineyards, the grapes still being only hand picked. The 15 million bottles are stored, maturing in the ancient Gallo-roman chalk galleries and crypts of the old 13c Abbaye, St-Nicaise.
Lucy has over 72,000 bottles behind her in one of the many tunnels.

Hi you two it's us three again. Every time she comes down she drags me round a golf course, takes me for a long walk, wears me out just so's she can win!!!! Then expects me to do it all again the next day! Good luck with having her for a week then! That's Yaz for you eh!!! Lovin your blog and Yaz is looking forward to her life on the waterways after reading it all. We wish we are coming too. Alv & Yaz have decided that you both take up golf this autumn then we can really have some fun!Keep drinking the campers and eating the olives, think of us lessers mortals.
